To switch the traveler on your booking, you'll need to cancel your existing reservation and make a new booking under the correct traveler's name. Please note that airlines may have specific policies regarding cancellations and rebooking.

 

Can I change my booking to another airline?

Unfortunately, we can't change your booking to another airline. You'll need to cancel your current reservation and book a new ticket with your preferred airline. Please note that cancellation fees associated with your original booking will be charged. For low-cost airlines, contact them directly for changes. Full-service airlines have different policies based on your ticket type, but rebookings must be for the same traveler and airline. Keep in mind that there may be amendment fees from both the airline and OKSite.

What should I do if I miss my flight?

Unfortunately, there's no refund for missed flights. You'll need to book a new ticket. Some airlines may offer the option to pay a fee and be placed on the standby list for the next flight. If you anticipate a delay, contact us right away so we can assist you with your booking. A missed flight fee may be applicable.

 

How can I get a refund for a canceled or rescheduled flight?

If the airline cancels your flight or route and you're not satisfied with the alternative, we can assist you in requesting a refund. You will redeem your refund using the same payment method you used for booking. Please note that the airline needs to approve the refund.

 

How many hotel rooms can I book online at a time?

You may book up to three rooms at a time on our site.

 

How will I know if my hotel reservation is confirmed?

Once you complete the booking process, you will receive a confirmation ID number by email. We will also send you an email with the voucher and confirmation, as well as all your booking information.

 

Is breakfast included in the hotel room price?

Breakfast inclusion depends on the hotel and room type. Please note that certain hotels don’t necessarily include breakfast in their packages. We ensure this information is included in your choices and will be included in your confirmation email.

 

Can I get extra cots or bedding in the room, especially if we have children coming along?

If you need a cot, please contact the specific hotel you chose to guarantee that your request for extra bedding or cots is met. However, if you have already booked the room, please contact us, and we will help you check the availability of extra beds and cots and place a request if allowed by that specific hotel.

Customers can send a special request via OKSite while making the booking and we will pass this to the hotel to get it added to your booking. Customers don’t need to contact the hotel directly. Specify the contact number and email of OKSite.

 

Can I request a smoking room even if my choices are limited to non-smoking rooms?

Many hotels don’t have specific rooms that allow smoking. In such cases, your hotel may designate areas around its premises where you may smoke.

Customers can place a SSR(Special service request) while making a booking on OKSite. It is just located below the passenger details form in OKSite website.

 

Can I book a hotel room for day use?

No. While we don't offer day-use bookings, we can help you explore other options. Here are a few suggestions:

    • Coworking Spaces: Many coworking spaces offer day passes or flexible membership plans.
    • Cafés and Restaurants: Some establishments may be willing to accommodate longer stays, especially if you make a purchase.
